PJ and Lisa met in Jackson NH in 1993 at The Red Fox Pub. Pj is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has also worked at The Clark Cooke House and Hyatt Regency in Rhode Island. Along with The Red Fox Pub, Lisa has also waitressed at The Atlantic Cafe on Nantucket.


We took the plunge and moved to Plymouth Mass and opened The Water Street Cafe on April 20th 1998...just seven months after our wedding day. My mom was our official first baker, introducing many locals to her chocolate chip cookies, coffee cakes and scones.


We appreciate all the local community support we have had the past 13 years...and our loyal staff, some who have been with us for many years, and to our beautiful children, Mary, Tristan and Amy who think we are 'famous'.
